Helen started dancing aged two years old. Throughout her childhood it was hobby that she enjoyed with her sisters and friends. Spending evenings during the week and every Saturday in class was how she spent her free time. Attending dance competitions at Blackpool Tower was when the real passion for dance started.

After leaving school Helen went on to train in dance and gained her teaching qualifications. She worked for a well established dance school for ten years. She has fond memories from this time.

In July 2011 Helen launched Fusion Dance and Fitness. Over the past nine years, Helen said ‘it’s been a pleasure to work with so many children and adults. I’m very proud of what’s been achieved during this time. I love my job!’

Helen also works with local Primary Schools delivering Dance PE and After School Clubs.

Always providing a fun atmosphere for all the classes she teaches, while striving for her students to work to a high standard.
